ORAL PRESENTATIONS
Invited oral talks are to be 30 minutes plus 5 minutes for questions. Contributed oral talks are to be 15 minutes plus 5 minutes for questions. Standard projection equipment will be available for presentation as follows:
POSTERS
Poster Boards will be provided in the Foyer, in front of the Conference Room. The Posters should ideally be put up at the start of the Workshop and are expected to remain displayed until the end of the Workshop.
Maximum Size: HEIGHT: 1.2m (47") x WIDTH: 90cm (35")
Please ensure that the poster is clearly readable from a distance of at least 3m (120").
Thump-tacks to attach the poster with will be provided on site.
A Student Poster Competition is planned and the results will be announced at the banquet. The winning poster and the 2 runners-up will receive awards! See "Student Matters" for more information.

The Proceedings of the Workshop will be published after the event. Please submit an electronic copy of your complete paper (pdf or MSWord format) by 17 June 2005. Send it to ippw-3@ims.demokritos.gr, using subject line: MANUSCRIPT. Please also supply an exact paper copy of your paper at the workshop registration.
Note that page limits are: 12 pages for invited papers, 8 pages for contributed papers and 6 pages for poster papers.
